Río Negro and Uruguay will work together on their plans on Green Hydrogen

The organism, made up by Uruguay and Argentina, works on the production of clean energies. In Uruguay, 90% of the energy consumed is produced by renewable methods. The Salto Grande dame produces 40% of this energy.

The president of the delegation, Carlos Albisu; its vice-president, Nicolás Irigoyen; the head of projects, Ignacio Texeira, and the Secretary of State for Planning of Río Negro, Daniel Sanguinetti, attended the meeting.

During the meeting, it was agreed to advance in common issues, in order to promote the production of renewable energies in a regional way, and to promote the development of Green Hydrogen projects.
