"We hope that the project will be approved and the infrastructure works for the production of Green Hydrogen in the province will begin," said the Secretary.
"As the Governor explained, at this moment we are in a working stage within the Executive Branch in which we are assessing the project, its characteristics and whether it is necessary to request more documents to the company. Then, we will have to design the necessary mechanisms to put out to bid the aspects that the project proposes", he stated.
The secretary emphasized that this is a very complete project, and as such, it requires an exhaustive analysis by a technical commission that will have representatives from different ministries.
"We have to carry out a process to adjust this new and innovative private proposal to the resources that the State has; that is to say, we have to study what the State and its regulations allow us to do. Everything has to be adjusted to the Law", he added.
"We are very optimistic about the project, and the idea is that after these administrative processes, the project will start to take form and become a reality", he said.
Rio Negro is a reference in energy transition
"We are ending a week with extreme heat and fires, these are problems that science has been warning us about, and today they are clearly visible. We must work seriously on specific projects that promote the improvement of environmental conditions through an energy transition that allows us to have zero emission of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere," he sustained.
"Rio Negro is in this transition, and through H2V projects the province will have a very prominent and active role, in fact, we are already a reference for other provinces and worldwide", he concluded.
