Green hydrogen and INVAP, on the agenda of priorities of the European Union

Some of the points addressed by the official to the European delegation were the details of the work done so far by Río Negro on this clean fuel and the transition and energy transformation that the province has been developing as a result.

Borrell arrived in Bariloche in the context of the opening of a new call for civil society projects focused on Patagonia, in support of Human Rights and Democracy, and also to participate in the exhibition and the tour of INVAP's facilities.

During the presentation, through an interactive map, Medina Cabrera shared the actions carried out between 2016 and 2022, as well as the projections for 2023 and up to 2030. The key points were organized into five categories: Investments and Projects, Global Insertion, Scientific Studies, Participation and Communication, Capacity Building and Training. 

"It is important to share the progress that Río Negro has achieved in terms of alternative energies", said Medina Cabrera and emphasized the importance of the challenges and opportunities that the province has as a leader in the development of the green hydrogen economy.
