"The project has completed the administrative circuit and in the next few days it will be sent to the Presidency," announced Royón, before a crowded room. "We are committed to the idea of developing hydrogen production and that is why we advanced in the national bill, which required a lot of effort and debate."
The Governor emphasized that this is "great news" because this measure "establishes a series of characteristics that, hopefully, will be adequate to encourage the investments we are foreseeing, with initiatives currently in progress in Río Negro."
Royón offered some details of the project and pointed out that the fundamental axes will revolve around the certification of the origin of production, the development of value chains, the promotion of investment in research and the establishment of a series of tax benefits.
Finally, Royón acknowledged "the impetus and strategic vision that Arabela contributed to the law, promoting the value to the sector." She pointed out that Arabela was "the one who led this whole process, not only at different levels of the Government, but also abroad."
